Kyle wanted to go to Junior Prom but was concerned that he didn't have any money to take his date out to a decent dinner so we told him we would make dinner at our house for anyone that wanted to come. All the parents brought something for the dinner, or decorated the tables so it made it easy on us!
We had a really nice dinner for 18 of Kyle's friends. We had chips and salsa and guacamole dip for appetizers while we were taking pictures. Then we had everyone come in and we served them a Caesar salad. Following the salad we served Twice Baked Potatoes, Green Beans & London Broil and Martinelli's Apple Cider. Kyle was saying that it was like Ruth's Chris (a very expensive Restaurant here in town) So we informally called our little restaurant the Pat's Smith Chris.
It turned out really nice.THE HANDSOME YOUNG MEN
